Who we are
GetFysio is a physiotherapy clinic at Koramangala 4th Block, Bengaluru 560034. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means GetFysio. You can contact us about your personal information at connect@getfysio.in.
What we collect
When you request an appointment we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the condition you would like help with, your preferred appointment times and any notes you add.
If you become a patient, we keep clinical records of your assessments and treatment, as required for safe care.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your appointment, to provide your care, and to keep accurate clinical records. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Booking requests are delivered to us through our website host, Netlify (Netlify Forms). We only share clinical information with other healthcare professionals when it is needed for your care and with your agreement, or where the law requires it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how many booking requests are made. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your device, browser and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are, and Google processes this data on our behalf.
Analytics cookies are off unless you allow them in the cookie banner. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep booking enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. We keep clinical records for as long as required by law and professional guidance.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. We will respond as required under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
