Back and neck pain, treated at the root.
Most back and neck pain improves with the right plan. We find what is driving yours and help you move with confidence again.
Can physiotherapy help back and neck pain?
Yes. Physiotherapy is one of the most effective treatments for back and neck pain. At GetFysio in Koramangala, Bengaluru, we find what is driving your pain, ease it with hands-on treatment, and give you exercises and desk habits that stop it coming back. You do not need a doctor's referral to book.

You might recognise some of this.
Back and neck pain is common, and it is rarely a sign of serious damage. Pain is a signal that something needs attention: often how a joint is moving, how muscles are sharing the load, or how much rest and recovery your body is getting between long days.
We start with a thorough assessment so we treat the cause, not just the sore spot. Then we give you a plan you can follow at home and at your desk, so you are not relying on appointments alone.
- A lower back that aches after sitting, driving or bending
- A stiff neck, or headaches that start at the base of your skull
- Pain, tingling or numbness running into your leg or arm
- Pain that eases for a while, then keeps coming back
- Mornings that start stiff and take a while to loosen up
- Avoiding exercise, lifting or travel because of your back
Three parts, one plan.
- 01
Find the cause
We look at how you sit, bend, lift and move, not just where it hurts. Pain in the back is often linked to the hips, the upper back or how you load your day.
- 02
Hands-on care and technology
Manual therapy to ease pain and restore movement, supported by modern equipment where it helps. We explain what each treatment is for.
- 03
Build a stronger back
A short, specific exercise plan that fits into your day, progressed at every visit, so the improvement lasts after treatment ends.
- High-intensity laser therapyFocused light to ease pain and inflammation.
- Electrotherapy (TENS and IFT)Gentle electrical currents for pain relief.
Only when your assessment shows it will help, and always alongside hands-on care and exercise.
What recovery usually looks like.
Everyone is different. After your assessment we will give you your own estimate, and review it as you progress.
- Weeks 1–2
Settle pain, understand your triggers and start gentle movement.
- Weeks 3–6
Restore normal movement and build strength for daily life and work.
- Week 6 onwards
Return to everything you want to do, with a plan to keep it that way.
Common questions.
Should I rest or keep moving?
For most back and neck pain, staying gently active helps you recover faster than bed rest. We will show you which movements are safe for you right now.
Do I need a scan first?
Usually not. Most back and neck pain can be assessed and treated without a scan. If we find signs that need further investigation, we will refer you to a doctor.
Can you help with sciatica?
Yes. Sciatica often responds well to physiotherapy. We assess where the nerve is irritated and build a plan to calm it and restore movement.
